Canteen
Our waterfront bar, café and restaurant showcases the best in Scotland’s independent food and drink scene. With stunning views overlooking the wave pool, Canteen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
With seasonally rotating guest kitchens, there will always be something new to try. Our current guest kitchens are the award-winning Five March offering small plates to share with friends, and Civerinos, famous for their NYC-style neighbourhood pizza joints.
Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in Canteen. We do have dog-free areas should you wish to be seated at or book a table there.
Canteen is largely a walk-in restaurant – simply show up and we'll find you a table. However, we will have a limited number of tables available to book.
Green Eating
We are subscribed to the “Close the Loop” waste collecting service, meaning that all our compostable waste is collected and turned into quality compost in less than 12 weeks, to feed Scottish soils and help grow new plants!
