Prohibited Items & Activities
Disposable BBQs - these are not allowed on site due to fire risk.
Open Fires - open fires are strictly prohibited except in designated areas. Please adhere to the fire safety regulations and never leave fires unattended.
Waterfront Access - after hours, access to the waterfront area is restricted. Please respect this guideline for safety reasons.
Smoking/Vaping - both are strictly prohibited in the accommodation.
Lodge Heating & Air Conditioning
For those staying in one of our Waterfront Lodges: The temperature can be controlled from the handheld remote in your accommodation (not via the digital screen). Select auto mode on the top right of the handheld remote and use the arrows to control the temperature. It takes around 15 minutes to warm up/cool down.
For those in our Waterfront Pods: The heating and air conditioning can be controlled from the digital touch screen device in your accommodation. Use this to set your desired temperature.
Late Night Noise
We are committed to providing a peaceful environment for all our guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Any disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, may result in a warning or possible removal from the resort.
Transporting Luggage
If you require support with your luggage during check-out, please call 01506 376 860 and let them know when you’re planning to leave. Please give as much notice as possible. Please note this service is only available from 8am - 10am.

Fire Safety Instructions
Fire safety is our top priority. Each lodge is equipped with fire safety information, including evacuation routes and muster points. Please read these instructions carefully upon check-in and familiarise yourself with the emergency procedures in case of a fire or other emergencies.
Checking Out
We ask that all guests leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out. Please ensure:
All dishes are washed and put away, and the dishwasher is loaded and started if needed.
All rubbish is collected and disposed of correctly (see info below).
Furniture and personal items are returned to their original places.
Key: on departure, please return your key to the keybox.
